PURPOSE: A Korean character input apparatus for using a touch screen capable of minimizing difficulty of the Korean character input is provided to input various syllables of the Korean character by inputting consonants and vowels by touch and drag of the screen.;CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(24) includes a plurality of consonant keys and single vowel key. A display unit(22) displays the inputted character through the key input unit. A sensing unit(26) senses a dragging direction in a press state or a touch state of the consonant key and the vowel key. A control unit(10) completes the syllable of Korean character in order to response to the drag direction in press state or touch state of the vowel key or the sensed consonant key.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
