PURPOSE: A sealed postcard is provided to prevent unintended opening during transportation or abnormal opening by a third person. CONSTITUTION: A sealed postcard comprises: a permanent adhesion side(11) in which dry permanent adhesive is applied in a first vertical direction with respect to a bending line; a tearable adhesion side(12) which is applied in a first direction; a first cutting groove(21) which is formed between the permanent adhesion side and tearable adhesion side; and a second cutting groove which is formed in a second direction at a part of surround of the permanent adhesion side.
