PURPOSE: An unfair-opening-preventive lettercard formed with only a combination of permanent adherends and perforated lines is provided to open a postcard using only a cut-off groove without an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: In an unfair-opening-preventive lettercard formed with only a combination of permanent adherends and perforated lines, a postcard is comprised of an outer surface(10), at least first permanent adhesive surface(30), a first cut-off groove(50-1), a second permanent adhesion side(40), and at least second cut-off groove(50-2). The drying permanent adhesive is coated in the first permanent adhesion side to be selectively formed in exclusion region from a front cover and a rear cover.
