PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring a rotor blade state are provided to reduce the malfunction of the apparatus in which blade runs.;CONSTITUTION: A system and a method for monitoring a rotor blade state comprise time arrival sensors and a controller. The controller comprises a processor(13) and feature level fuse(15). The process obtains the signal showing the arrival time of the rotating rotor blade from the time arrival sensor. The process is composed in order to decide the initial attribute from the arrival time signal. The feature level fuse evaluates the state of the rotating rotor blade as described above.
