PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of vibration amplitude of a rotor blade.;SOLUTION: An eddy current type first sensor detects passage of a rotor blade rotating about an axis, from a stator side in a noncontact manner. A second sensor has a smaller sensing region than that of the first sensor, and detects the passage of the rotor blade from the stator side in the noncontact manner.
