PURPOSE: A descaling device and a descaling system using the same are provided to remove foreign materials including scales without expensive equipment by mechanically and intermittently supplying high pressure water.;CONSTITUTION: A descaling device(100) comprises a flow path(10), an inlet valve(20), a pipe(30), a blade frame(40), and a blade rotating unit. An inlet valve is formed on one side of the flow path. The inlet valve controls the amount of the high pressure water. The pipe sprays high pressure water through an injection nozzle formed on the bottom. A blade frame comprises one or more blades.
