摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing crystallized glass using a coal bottom ash is provided to induce surface crystallization using a nucleation site which is formed on the surface of the coal bottom ash through a polishing process and to improve surface hardness by increasing the number of sandpaper. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing crystallized glass using a coal bottom ash comprises the following steps: obtaining the bottom ash using plasticized coat bottom ash as a base material and sieving the plasticized bottom ash into a constant particle size; melting the obtained bottom ash at a temperature of lithium oxide(Li2O) and vitrifying; and polishing the surface of the bottom ash using a sandpaper before surface crystallization of glass and thermally processing the glass.
