PURPOSE: A transcription carpet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to seek the cost reduction and the simplification of process and to eliminate the defects due to adhesion phenomenon fundamentally.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing transcription carpet includes the steps: a step(S101) of offering a transcription sheet by printing photographs or patterns after scanning or graphic work; a step(S102) of offering a non-woven fabric sheet of single color by the punching of a needle rod after collecting the synthetic resin of single material at a predetermined thickness and width; a step(S103) of offering the non-woven transcription fabric in which the transcribing patterns of the transcription sheet are sublimated into the non-woven fabric sheet after the transcription sheet are piled up on the non-woven fabric sheet with laminating members and the sheet is compressed by the heat supplying apparatus; a step(S104) of offering the transcription carpet fabric having arbitrary transcribing patterns; and a step(S105) of completing the transcription carpet including finishing members on the outer girth of the transcription carpet fabric.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
