摘要

PURPOSE: A method of enhancing the reliability of foodstuffs which uses an internet is provided to provide information about manufacturing process and processing process of foodstuffs as a video, thereby securing safety of the foodstuff and transparency of the manufacturing process and processing process.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cameras photographs processing processes of food supplies and product completion processes(10). Videos which photographed the processing processes of food supplies and the product completion processes are stored in a terminal. To check video information about a manufacturing process of manufactures product, production codes are given to completed products.
