PURPOSE: A method for screening two or more different matrix metalloproteinase is provided to accelerate direct screening.;CONSTITUTION: A method for screening matrix metalloproteinase using multiple-layer substrate gel comprises: a step of injecting sample to a gel to perform gel electrophoresis; a step of applying voltage to move the sample to multiple-layer substrate; and a step of screening the matrix metalloproteinase by analyzing the multiple-layer substrate gel.
