摘要

PURPOSE: Coffee beverage with multi-layer structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to promote sense of visual beauty and purchasing desire of a product without damages of a taste and flavor of the coffee by adjusting a temperature and density of components consisting of coffee.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of coffee beverage includes the following steps: forming a first layer by putting syrup into a transparent container; forming a second layer to separate color mixed milk and the first layer; forming a third layer to phase-separate coffee liquid or coffee concentrate from the second layer; forming a fourth layer by pouring bubbles on the third layer; and forming a color multi-layered structure with natural color tones. The temperature of the third layer is higher than the temperature of the second layer in a range of 5 ~ 25°C. A color milk bubble layer has a predetermined color.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
