PURPOSE: A rewinding roll with a buffer structure and a plating device comprising the same are provided to reduce fault caused by the change of a circuit pattern jig if a copper plating process for FCCL used for IC packaging uses.;CONSTITUTION: A rewinding roll for a plating device is composed of a roll body(302), an elastic outer member(303), an unwinding roll, a plating bath, a rewinding roll(301). The elasticity member is formed in order to protect the outer circumference of the roll body. The elastic member buffs the tension applied to a plated product. The elastic material is formed in the manner the elastic member is coated or foamed on the outer circumference of the roll body. The unwinding roll unwinds half-finished product of a film type. The plating bath electronically plates the half-finished product which is unwound from the unwinding roll. The rewinding roll winds the plated product on which electroplating has been completed by the plating bath.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
