PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau liquor is provided to remove unpleasant smell from Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau and to enhance beneficial ingredient.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau comprises: a step of preparing Cucurbita maxima duchesenes, bamboo receptacle, and bark, root, stem, and leaf of Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau; a step of pulverizing the ingredients; a step of mixing Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau powder with brown rice; a step of heating with water; a step of preparing Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau syrup using corn extract, grain syrup, and hard-boiled rice; a step of removing content inside the Cucurbita maxima duchesenes and crushing the Cucurbita maxima duchesenes; a step of adding Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau syrup, corn extract, and Cucurbita maxima duchesenes and fermenting; and a step of maturing for 6 month to a year.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
