PURPOSE: A novel stab nucleic acid molecule enhancing gene expression A is provided to enhance specific promoter expression.;CONSTITUTION: A novel stab nucleic acid molecule with STAB-SD(shine dalgano) contains a base sequence of sequence number 1. A stab nucleic acid molecule with STAB-SD activity of sequence number 2 comprises: a stab nucleic acid molecule of sequence number 1 and nucleic acid molecule of 5' of cry3Ca structure gene. The stab nucleic acid molecule exists between the promoter and target gene. A method for producing the target protein comprises: a step of preparing a vector containing stab nucleic acid molecule; a step of introducing the vector to a host cell; and a step of collecting the target protein from the host cell.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
