PURPOSE: A system and a method for configuring a content object are provided to supply a new free DRM(Digital Rights Management) content service based on an advertisement by providing a new packaging content format through an OMA DRM content format.;CONSTITUTION: A format of packaging content(700) includes a header(710), a pilot content object(730) and a target content object(750). The header indicates the existence of the packaging content, and the pilot contents is decoded through a decoding key(770) of the pilot content within a free license.
