PURPOSE: A memory system and an interleaving control method of the memory system are provided to perform an efficient bank interleave operation by dispersing a blank time generated in a separate operation history in plural banks.;CONSTITUTION: A priority management unit of a memory controller manages the selection priority for each memory region. After the transmission of an operation command, the memory controller selects the memory region having the highest priority among the memory regions of a ready state. The memory controller changes the selected memory region into the target of the next operation command.
