PURPOSE: A run-out value compensation method in a wheel alignment system is provided to obtain an accurate compensated value of a wheel by measuring the maximum value of a gravity sensor during the rotation of the wheel and reflecting it to a compensated value. CONSTITUTION: A run-out value compensation method in a wheel alignment system is as follows. A wheel sensor coupled to a wheel clamp which is a wheel alignment system is attached to the wheel of a vehicle. The value of a gravity sensor is measured while the wheel rotates one cycle. A CPU(33) recognizes all change values of the gravity sensor. The CPU of the gravity sensor is installed in a memory(34). Other all values than the maximum value and the minimum value are eliminated from the memory. A value calculated by subtracting the minimum value from the maximum value is calculated as a compensated value.
