PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a functional high-strength brick for the construction using zeolite is provided to improve the intensity of the brick by inserting the zeolite to yellow soil or kaolin.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a functional high-strength brick for the construction comprises the following steps: mixing a raw material selected from yellow soil powder or kaolin powder, with zeolite powder in a weight ratio of 2~20:80~98; kneading the mixture to make a paste with the moisture content of 15~20wt%; storing the paste inside a silo and aging for 8~15 days; extruding the past to mold the brick; drying the brick for 60~70 hours; and plasticizing the dried brick for 30~50 hours in 900~1,150 deg C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
