POLYMER COLOR CONCRETE PAVEMENT MATERIAL CAPABLE OF APPLYING THE VISIBILITY TO THE SURFACE OF A PAVEMENT, AND A PAVEMENT METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polymer color concrete pavement material, and a pavement method thereof are provided to minimize the amount of waste generated from removing old pavements.;CONSTITUTION: A polymer color concrete pavement material contains 100 parts of aggregate by weight, 10~70 parts of portland cement by weight, 2~28 parts of pigment by weight, 0.1~11 parts of emulsion acrylic resin by weight, and 0.0001~0.02 parts of super absorbent resin. A pavement method using the material comprises the following steps: polishing the surface of a base(S1); spreading an adhesive(S2); mixing the material with water and installing the pavement material on the adhesive(S3); spaying a visible material on the concrete pavement material(S4); compacting the surface(S5); and curing(S6).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
