PURPOSE: A composition containing adeno-associated virus serotype 5-derived targeted recombinant virus vector is provided to deliver a foreign gene and to treat various diseases including tumor.;CONSTITUTION: A composition comprises an adeno-associated serotype 5-derived targeted recombinant vector having a nucleic acid sequence encoding capsid protein in which targeted motif peptide is inserted to the amino acid residue in a capsid protein.
