PURPOSE: A frame unit of a ship panel block welding robot with improved usability safety is provided to prevent damage to a ship panel block welding robot caused by interferences during lifting of a welding tool. CONSTITUTION: A frame unit of a ship panel block welding robot with improved usability safety comprises a protective cover(200), a forcible separating unit, and a holding wire. The protective cover protects the apparatus from collision by the surrounding interference area ash when pulling up frame. The forcible separating unit separates the connector at the moment when a certain downward external force is generated in the connector due to the collision of the protective cover. The holding wire is arranged inside the connector to keep a bottom trolley(11) separated by the forcible separating unit from falling by connecting a leg(120) for a feeder frame to the bottom trolley.
