UNIT JOINT STRUCTURE FOR MEASURING 3D DISPLACEMENT AND A 3D DISPLACEMENT MEASURING APPARATUS USING THE SAME, CAPABLE OF ENHANCING THE RELIABILITY AND THE PRECISION OF THE MEASURED VALUE OF 3D MEASURING
PURPOSE: A unit joint structure for measuring 3D displacement and a 3D displacement measuring apparatus using the same are provided to simplify the connecting structure of an unit joint structure and a probe pipe.;CONSTITUTION: A unit joint structure for measuring 3D displacement comprises a P member, a Q member, and a rotating member. The P and Q members comprise a perpendicular insertion recess(12) and a perpendicular protrusion(14) which are orthogonal to each other, and have the same shape. The shape of the rotating member is a cube. On the central part of the rotating member, a penetration hole(22) is formed. The axes A-A and B-B orthogonal to the penetration hole comprise bolt holes. Slopes(28) are formed on the top and the lower corner of the rotating member. The P and Q members have a pipe shape. In the state where the upper end of the perpendicular protrusion of the P member matches with the top of the rotating member and the lower end of the perpendicular protrusion of the Q member matches with the bottom of the rotating member, the P member, the Q member and the rotating member are connected by a fixed bolt(16) and the P member and the Q member smoothly make the 3D rotation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
