PURPOSE: A three-shaft displacement measuring device is provided to minimize limitations on an installation space and to enhance measuring accuracy by measuring a rotation angle by using a plurality of encoders.;CONSTITUTION: A three-shaft displacement measuring device comprises a fixed grip(10), a rotary body(30), a first pipe(40), a second pipe(70), a ball joint(20), a first encoder, a second encoder, a third encoder, and a fixing device. The fixed grip is fixed on a hanger supporting a structure to be measured. The rotary body is supported to a fixing plate. The first pipe is connected to the rotary body by a first hinge connecting unit to be rotated. The second pipe is connected to the first pipe by a second hinge connecting unit to be rotated. The ball joint connects the second pipe and the fixed grip to be rotated at 360 degrees. The first encoder is installed in the first hinge connecting unit, thereby measuring an angle between the rotary body and the first pipe. The second encoder is installed in the second hinge connecting unit, thereby measuring an angle between the first and second pipes. The third encoder is installed in the rotary body, thereby measuring a planer rotation angle of the rotary body.
