PURPOSE: A functional muffin containing soybean paste powder and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain excellent functionality and properties and to have anti-mutagenic effect by adding the soybean paste powder which is made using the bay salt.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing functional muffin containing soybean paste powder which is made from bay salt comprises the following steps: preparing 600g of butter, 550g of sugar, 600g of eggs, 500g of weak flour, 15g of baking powder, 20g of starch syrup, 125g of cream, and 5g of the soybean paste powder containing the bay sa beating the eggs on a bowl, straining the weak flour, the baking powder, and the soybean paste powder and mixing the materials with sugar, the starch syrup, and the cream; putting butter melted by double boiling in the mixture and kneading the mixture; aging the dough in a refrigerator for 1 hour; and spreading a parchment paper in a muffin frame and baking the dough in an oven of 180 °C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
