INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS WHICH ARE PREPARED FROM HUMAN AORTIC SMOOTH MUSCLE CELLS

PURPOSE: A human smooth muscle cell-derived pluripotent stem cell is provided to obtain patient-costomized immunocompetent stem cells which are able to differentiated to various human cells.;CONSTITUTION: An induced pluripotent stem cell is derived from human smooth cells. The human smooth cells are aortic smooth muscle cell. The induced pluripotent stem cells have same karyotype with human smooth muscle cells. The induced pluripotent stem cells overexpress a marker gene of UTF1, hTERT, LEFTB, TDGF1, GDF3, OCT4, SOX2 or NANOG. The induced pluripotent stem cells are dyed by an antibody which specifically binds to a marker of NANOG or OCT4.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
