NAPHTHALENE ALTERNATING COPOLYMERS HAVING A DIALKOXY SUBSTITUENT, CAPABLE OF BEING APPLIED TO AN ORGANIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING AN ELECTRIC FIELD TRANSISTOR AND A SOLAR CELL, AND THE ORGANIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: Naphthalene alternating copolymers are provided to be applied to an organic semiconductor layer due to very excellent oxidation stability and reproducibility and to be used for manufacturing a more stable organic electronic device.;CONSTITUTION: Naphthalene alternating copolymers having a dialkoxy substituent are maked by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1-R6 are hydrogen, an alkyl group with C1-C40, a cycloalkyl group with C3-C40, a heterocycloalkyl group with C3-C40, an alkenyl group with C2-C40, an aryl group with C6-C50, an aralkyl group with C1-C40, a heteroaryl group with C6-C50, a heteroaralkyl group, an aralkoxyl group, a carbyl group with C1-C40, a hydrocarbyl group with C1-C40, an aryloxyl group with C6-C40, alkyl carbonyl group with C1-C40, an alkoxy carbonyl group, an aryl oxycarbonyl group, a cyano group. A carbamoyl group, a haloformayl group, a formyl group, an isocyano group, an isocyanate group, a thiocyanate group, a thio isocyanate group, an amino group, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, a trifluoromethyl group, a halogen group, or a silyl group.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
