PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metal electrode with high contact resistance and high electric conductivity and the metal electrode manufactured by the same are provided to maintain pseudo capacitance by an oxidation and reduction reaction by coating a transition metal oxide on the surface of a metal. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum mold or polymer mold(10) is prepared. A metal substrate(20) is formed by sputtering a first metal on one side of the aluminum mold or polymer mold. A plurality of metal nano wire arrays(30) is formed by filing the second metal on a plurality of fine holes of the aluminum mold or polymer mold. A plurality of metal nano wires are exposed by removing the aluminum mold or polymer mold. A transition metal oxide(40) is coated on the surface of the metal substrate and the plurality of metal nano wire arrays.
