PURPOSE: Manufacturing methods of polyisocyanate and a rigid polyurethane foam are provided to produce the polyisocyanate with the content of isocyanate of 25~35%, having the excellent viscosity.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyisocyanate comprises the following steps: adding toluene as a solvent to a toluene diisocyanate distillation residue with the content of a toluene diisocyanate monomer of 40~50wt%, and stirring the mixture while heating to 100~110deg C; cooling the mixture to 50~80deg C, and partially removing the solvent from the mixture by vacuuming; adding crude diphenyl methane diisocyanate and stirring; and completely removing the solvent from the mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
