PURPOSE: A centrifugal force-based microfluidic device is provided to prevent internal pollution of a biochemical treatment device including the microfluidic device by preventing a biomaterial sample from frying even when the microfluidic device rotates and to reliability degradation of a test result.;CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal force-based microfluidic device(10) comprises an inlet hole(14) which is open to the upper side of the microfluidic device for the injection of fluids and a channel or a chamber which is connected to the inlet hole. The inlet hole includes a first opening(25) having a first inner diameter and a second opening(27) which is prepared on the upper part of the first opening and has a bigger second inner diameter than the first inner diameter.
