PURPOSE: A method for melting solid materials for single crystal growth is provided to improve yield of a single crystal and reduce a melting process time.;CONSTITUTION: Solid materials are filled in a quartz crucible(10). The solid materials are melted by heating the quartz crucible to correspond to the lower side of a heater(40).
