TILE INCLUDING CITRUS PEEL PULP AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: Tiles including citrus-peel pulp and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to apply color, scent, and the sterilizing property to paper tiles by mixing digested citrus peel and paper mulberry pulp. CONSTITUTION: Water 100-200 parts by weight and sodium hydroxide 0.1-1 parts by weight are mixed, with respect to citrus peel 100.0 parts by weight. The mixture is digested for 20-50 minutes to prepare digested citrus peel. Paper mulberry pulp 5-200 parts by weight and additive 0.5-5 parts by weight are added to prepare pulp mixture, with respect to the digested citrus peel 100.0 parts by weight. The pulp mixture is introduced in a molding frame, and water is eliminated to form wet paper. The wet paper is dried.
