摘要

PURPOSE: A highly-dense and nano-grained spinel ntc(negative temperature coefficient) thermistor thick-film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize the value for a NTC characteristic B constant without a doping process.;CONSTITUTION: A NTC thermistor thick-film comprises a ceramic material. The ceramic material is formed from spinel crystals and the spinel crystal contains Ni(Nickel) and Mn(Manganese). The ceramic material is vacuum-deposited on one side of the surface of a substrate by a powder spraying technique at a room temperature in a vacuum state. The NTC thermistor thick-film has 95% or higher density and a thickness of 0.2~50micrometers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
