摘要

PURPOSE: A highly dense and nano-grained spinel NTC thermistor thick films and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture an elaborate ceramic thick film.;CONSTITUTION: A highly dense and nano-grained spinel NTC thermistor thick films comprises as follows. The ceramic material of spinel crystal phase includes Ni and Mn and is formed on one side of a substrate by a room temperature powder spray in vacuum. The NTC thermistor thick film has 0.2~50μm thickness. The density of the NTC thermistor thick film is 95% or greater. The NTC thermistor thick film has the fine structure of the nano crystalline. The NTC characteristic constant of the NTC thermistor thick film has 3000K or greater. The NTC thermistor thick film does not pass the heat treatment after passing the periphery of anchored substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
