PURPOSE: A knife exchanging device is provided to prevent the separation of a knife during the movement of the knife by increasing a knife clamping force, since a grip unit and an auxiliary grip unit cover the knife.;CONSTITUTION: A knife exchanging device comprises a grip unit(110), a balancing unit(130), a connection unit(120), and a position changing unit(140). The grip unit grips a knife(20). The balancing unit recompenses weight. The connection unit connects the grip unit and the balancing unit.
