SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION FRONT END PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) frontend processing device is provided to replace a GPS time sync process with a high price NTP server with an intelligent synchronization module. CONSTITUTION: A data processing module(330) converts the serial signal of data, which is received from a main control unit or power facilities, into an Ethernet signal according to a GPS time sync. The data processing module converts the Ethernet signal into a serial signal. An intelligent time sync module(340) receives an air radio FM signal when the reception of the GPS time sync is failed. The intelligent time sync module supplies the time sync of the data processing module by extracting a FM reference time sync. A power supply module(350) supplies power to the data processing module and the intelligent time sync module by converting an AC power into a DC power.
