PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for processing a signal for a superdirectivity sound-wave transmitting system are provided to improve the sound quality of a speaker by adopting the grid filter coefficient value of a current input signal.;CONSTITUTION: A double integral part(100) double integrates an audio input signal. An envelope curve calculating part(110) calculates the envelope curve of a double integrated signal. An energy calculating part(130) calculates the energy of the calculated envelope curve of the double integrated signal.
