PURPOSE: An emergency escape device of a trunk for a vehicle is provided to make a worker working inside open easily a trunk lid with an actuating knob operated bidirectionally. CONSTITUTION: An emergency escape device of a trunk for a vehicle comprises a pawl lever(300), a forward handle lever(400), and a backward handle lever(500). The restrain by a fork lever is released through rotation in the pawl lever. The forward handle lever has a sliding groove. An actuating knob(100) moves in the sliding groove so that the pawl lever is rotated in forward rotation of an actuating knob. The backward handle lever has an operating projection. The operating projection is pushed by the actuating knob so that the pawl lever is rotated in back ward rotation of the actuating knob. The backward handle lever is rotatably installed on the forward handle lever.
