A folder type one touch hinge module and a one touch folder type mobile terminal using the same are provided to automatically open a folder when a user presses a button by a one touch method. A button unit(310) performs straight movement. A rotation cam(320) performs rotation movement by the straight movement of the button unit. A stopper(325) is mounted on the rotation cam so that the stopper performs rotation movement with the rotation cam and independently performs straight movement. A straight cam is contacted with the rotation cam to perform the straight movement. A main cam(370) is contacted with the straight cam to perform the rotation and straight movement.
