HINGE MODULE FOR CELLULAR PHONE AND FOLDER TYPE CELLULAR PHONE USING THE SAME

A hinge module for a mobile phone and a folder type mobile phone using the same are provided to allow a user to change an opening angle of a mobile phone according to his selection to watch a TV program or play games. A hinge shaft(50) has one side contacting with a button part(10). A hinge housing(20) houses the hinge shaft(50). A shaft cam(30) has a portion protruded from outside the hinge housing(20), allows the hinge shaft(50) to penetrate therethrough, and includes the first cam face(35) in the opposite direction of the button part(10). A main holder cam(40) is received in the hinge housing(20), allows the hinge shaft(50) to penetrate therethrough, and includes the second cam face(45) that contacts with the first cam face(35). A hinge cover(90) is combined with an opening(22) of the hinge housing(20) in the opposite direction of the button part(10). A sub-holder cam(60) has one side which contacts with the other side of the shaft cam(30) and the other side which is combined with the hinge cover(90). The first spring(70) is disposed between the main holder cam(40) and the hinge cover(90) and applies elasticity to the main holder cam(40). The second spring(80) is disposed between the sub-holder cam(60) and the hinge cover(90) and applies elasticity to the sub-holder cam(60).
