Stage Epoxy Adhesive Composition Capable of A ccepting Variation Range in Stage Temperatures

A B-stage epoxy adhesive composition is provided to accept variation range in b-stage temperatures, to ensure excellent force of restoration and to skip additional curing process. A B-stage epoxy adhesive composition comprises an epoxy resin, a polymer resin having an acrylic group, and a hardener. The B-stage condition allows variation of 3-15 °C in a 90-200 °C temperature range. The B-stage epoxy adhesive composition causes the B-stage in the temperature range of x± 3-10 °C, wherein x is 110-180 °C. The B-stage epoxy adhesive composition has viscosity at 5 rpm of 10,000-50,000 cps and a thixotropic index of 1.0-5.0.
