A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating allergic diseases or autoimmune diseases, which contains patient's own immunoglobulin is provided to treat a patient which is suffering from inveterate allergic diseases or autoimmune diseases. A pharmaceutical composition for treating allergic diseases or autoimmune diseases comprises patient's own immunoglobulin which is isolated from patient's blood of mammal which is suffering from allergic diseases or autoimmune diseases. The pharmaceutical composition further comprises histamine and immune adjuvant. A method for manufacturing the pharmaceutical composition comprises: a step of collecting blood from mammal which is suffering from allergic diseases or autoimmune diseases; and a step of isolating the immunoglobulin from the blood.
