PURPOSE: An environment-friendly automatic opening/closing device for an apartment house is provided to automatically open and close a window by checking the condition of indoor/outdoor air and reduce the rate of noise production.;CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly automatic opening/closing device for an apartment house comprises a first and a second electromagnet, a third electromagnet, and a circuit controller, and a sensor(500). The first and the second electromagnet are installed on both sides of a window frame(10). The third electromagnet is installed on both sides of a window frame(20).
