PURPOSE: An assembly for creating a green space with excellent drainability is provided to improve convenience for installing the assembly by easily adjusting a height and an angle of the assembly regardless of floor conditions during landscape ground construction. CONSTITUTION: An upper and a lower panels(110,120) are arranged symmetrically each other. A distance adjusting unit(130) is installed between the upper and the lower panels, and adjust an installation angle of the upper panel. The panels have a flat panel body(111,121), a plurality of protrusions(113,123), and a support rib protruded from the panel body. The distance adjusting unit includes a plurality of support tubes(131,132) and a connection rod connecting the support tube.
