An engine cylinder oil groove auto-measuring system and a measurement method using the same are provided to display the width, thickness, length of the oil groove by a program embedded in a server. An engine cylinder oil groove auto-measuring system comprises a photography microscope(10), a server(25), a display unit(21), an input unit(23), a LED controller(20), and a main body. The bottom part of the photography microscope is inserted into an engine cylinder. The photography microscope takes a cylinder oil groove and transmits to the server. The server transmits the photograph of the oil groove to a display unit after applying in an embedded program. The main body has the server, the display unit, the input unit, the LED controller, a lamp controller(24). A fixture is combined at the upper of the main body.
