PURPOSE: A device in which plural processors effectively access system operation data in a mobile communication system is provided to enable sub processors to access system operation data disposed in a main processor by comprising shared libraries, thereby reducing another message or a protocol for accessing the main processor through the shared libraries. CONSTITUTION: Sub processors(400,500) comprise the second shared libraries(440,540) configured with the same codes as the first shared library(340) of a main processor(300), access system operation data of the main processor(300) without another message or a protocol, and perform corresponding functions. In order to perform the corresponding lower functions, the sub processors(400,500) form the second shared libraries(440,540) including header files relative to each application program of the second applications with the same codes as the first shared library(340).
