This invention is a biosensor that includes a nano- channel integrated 3D metallic nanowires gap electrode , and the production method and relates to a bio disk system comprising the biosensor , and more particularly, by forming metallic nanowires on the upper and the lower substrate and bonding them and then align the upper and lower substrates by using the metallic nanowires 3-D method for manufacturing a biosensor comprising a metal nanowire electrode gap , and the method using the biosensor and the biosensor produced by the bio-disc according to the system for detecting the bio-materials .
