PURPOSE: A packing device inspecting water-tightness of a conduit using fluid pressure is provided to use the correlation of the amount of leakage and air pressure change amount and to perform the water-tightness inspection of the conduit.;CONSTITUTION: A packing device inspecting water-tightness of a conduit using fluid pressure comprises a pipe rod, a packer pressing part and an air supplying part(410). A packer(200) is fixed to the pipe rod. The packer pressing part pressurizes packer. The packer pressing part pressurizes the packer and closely pushes the packer to the inner circumference of the conduit. The air supplying part supplies the compressed air to a water-tightness inspection section of the pipe sealed by the packer. The packer pressing part comprises a hydraulic cylinder(310), a hydraulic pipe(320), a hydraulic jack(330) and a pressure pipe. The hydraulic pipe is connected to the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic jack controls the supply of the working fluid so that the negative pressure is formed in the hydraulic cylinder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
