PURPOSE: A packer device for inspecting the water-tightness of a conduit using fluid pressure is provided to conveniently perform the water-tightly inspection of the conduit using the correlation of the amount of leakage and air pressure change amount.;CONSTITUTION: A packer device for inspecting the water-tightness of a conduit using fluid pressure comprises a pipe rod, a pack part(200), a packer pressing part, an air supplying part(410) and a water supply part(420). The pack part is fixed to the pipe rod and a plurality of cylindrical packers is laminated on the packer part. The pack pressing part presses the pack packer part using the fluid pressure so that packer respectively adheres closely to the inner circumference of the conduit. An air pipe is connected to the pipe rod and supplies the compressed air to the water-tightly inspection section of the conduit sealed by the packer.
