Vehicle Number Recognition System and Its Recognition Method

PURPOSE: A vehicle number recognition system and a recognizing method thereof are provided to need not establishing separate camera for enhancing a recognition rate of a license number plate by establishing captured time and a capturing counted number of the camera according to an environment installed a loop coil. CONSTITUTION: A detecting device detects a vehicle entrance using a loop coil and creates a vehicle entrance signal. A controller(200) is transmitted the vehicle entrance signal from the detecting device and transmits a capturing command signal to a camera for capturing the entrance vehicle according to camera setting information. The camera(300) captures the entrance vehicle based on the capturing command signal of the controller and transmits a captured image to the controller.
