A primer set for qualitative analysis of a genetically modified Chinese cabbage containing a primer which specifically amplifies endogenous gene and primer which specifically amplifies in a genetically modified Chinese cabbage having insect resistance is provided. A primer set for polymerase chain reaction(PCR) comprises a gene sequence of the sequence number 1 (Bra F-14) to 2 (Bra R-14) and specifically amplifies 121 bp in the endogenous gene of Chinese cabbage. The primer set for PCR contains gene sequence of the sequence number 3 (mBT120 F-1) to 4 (mBT120 R-1) and specifically amplifies 161 bp in the genetically modified Chinese cabbage having insect resistance.
